So EK and I got a private tour of the San Francisco California Culiary Academy today (because we called and signed up for one). If I can give anyone a good tip:
tour culinary schools. Seriously. We got an awesome tour of the school and the kitchens(!) and free leftover deserts. It was SO COOL. And I want to do
this program really bad. Dammit. I hate that there are two things in my life that I want to do so badly.
Also, does anyone else find it cruelly ironic that EK and I went on a tour of a culinary school on the last day of the MeCHA hunger strike? Hmmm...
