running away is the best part

I went to see The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe tonight with my mom. It was a good movie, but the best part was giggling with my mom. I miss how good of friends we are and it felt good to be that way again. Just us. It was quite enjoyable.

So I've been taking pictures of all the bumper stickers I see around Fort Collins and LaPorte for a school project thingy (so I can compare them with ones I'll take pictures of in SF). It's really fun, mostly because there's always the possibility that the owner of the car I'm taking a picture of will show up at any minute and pull the gun down from the gun rack. EC and I went to Centerra today to do some holiday shopping for him and we wandered around the parking lot a while to get some good pictures. It was fun to see how uncomfortable EC can get, especially when I'm taking a picture of a bumper while the person is still in the car. It was fun running around the cars with him. Also, I snagged a perfect gift for my mom at B&N. Sweetness.
